Context
Schools are accountable for online-safety education but rarely have staff with the subject knowledge to deliver it, and off-the-shelf material is not mapped to the frameworks inspectors ask about.
The hard problem
Build a platform teachers can run without a computing specialist, mapped to RSHE and Ofsted expectations, and delivered through a community interest company so cost is not the barrier.
What I built
- Built the delivery platform behind Heroez Coding Club, an after-school programme for ages 11–18.
- Mapped content to Ofsted and RSHE requirements so it fits an existing accountability framework rather than adding a new one.
- Structured the CIC so schools in low-income areas can access the programme without commercial pricing.
What it does not do yet
No school pilot has been signed yet. Conversations with schools and a college are live; I am not going to describe an intention as a deployment.
